The Village of North Freedom will follow the City of Baraboo’s Common Council decision to encourage “Trick-or-Treating” from the hours of 3 P.M.-7 P.M. on Halloween, October 31, 2020.  

Residents who would like to hand out candy will have their front porch lights on.

Residents who are going to participate in the Halloween tradition are encouraged to look into and follow CDC guidelines.
