With the cold weather and the snow, some trash may get stuck at the bottom of your can and it may not be fully emptied by our refuse/recycling company. The drivers are instructed that they CANNOT “bang” or “hit” any pickup can to get remainder garbage out. This helps avoid any damage to cans. Please make sure that when you are placing your garbage bags in your cans that they are dry. That way they won’t freeze to the side.
