2024 Real Estate Tax Bills: The 2024 real estate tax levies were entered and sent to the Sauk County Treasurer's Department today for the Village of North Freedom. The bills are now posted on the County ALRS system and are being sent for printing. They should be arriving in the forthcoming weeks.Residents can look up by their parcel number, address (including mailing), or name and see their property information by visiting this link: https://www.co.sauk.wi.us/treasurer/property-tax-info-alrsIMPORTANT NOTE: the 2025 dog tags will be available 12/1/2024. Sauk County High Fire Danger 2/26/24

Sauk County is HIGH in fire danger today!
Due to fire weather conditions, burning is NOT allowed today!
🚨  Annual Burn Permits:  All DNR-issued burning permits are suspended.  Burning in barrels, debris piles, and grass or wooded areas is PROHIBITED.  Campfires, though STRONGLY DISCOURAGED, are allowed if used solely for cooking or warming purposes, but PLEASE USE EXTREME CAUTION!
🚨  Special Permits (Daytime):  Any daytime burning today is conditionally allowed ONLY with DNR Forest Ranger approval.
