AllPaid Utility Payment Portal Down

The AllPaid online payment processing system seems to be having down communications for the Utility Payments portal. It is being worked on.
However, there is another payment portal residents may use temporarily to make their utility payments. **YOU WILL NEED THE BALANCE THAT YOU OWE ON YOUR ACCOUNT AS YOU HAVE TO MANUALLY ENTER IT IN THE PAYMENT AMOUNT SECTION.**
