Spectrum (Charter) crews are in the area working as fast as they can to repair the Fiber node that was damaged due to the storm and broken power poles/lines. It is the hope that the node is up and running by the end of the day but it is still unknown for the time of repair.

US Cellular services are still impacted for our area. After a phonecall to their Customer Service team, the repair team has been trying temporary fixes but they are not working. Cables were unfortunately affected and the repair is expected to be done by 2:00 PM today.
Spectrum (Charter) services are still impacted for our area as well. They have updated their technical ticket to now "no estimated time of repair".

Spectrum (Charter) customers. Spectrum is aware of the outage affecting North Freedom. Repairs are hoped to be completed by 8:00 AM 4/15/26.
US Cellular is aware of the outage affecting the area. If you are able to connect to WiFi and make phone calls that way, you can call support and report the outage/be added to the support ticket. They are unsure of when repairs will be completed.

It appears that there is a Spectrum (Charter) outage affecting our network/area. We are hoping communications are back up and running soon.
Also, there may be a problem with the US Cellular network for the North Freedom area.
