Things of Note:
🟠The preferred candidate is to have experience in maintenance of streets, parks, buildings, grounds, fleet, water and sewer utility.
🟤This position requires attendance of monthly Board Meetings and other meetings as necessary, self-motivation, the ability to respond quickly (preferred travel distance of 15 miles to Village of North Freedom limits) to Public Works/utility situations (be on-call), and the ability to work and communicate with the public. Weekend (both Saturday and Sunday) well/chemical plant/lift station checks are required.
🟠The preferred candidate must either currently have valid WI DNR Water and Wastewater certifications or obtain their WI DNR Water and Wastewater Certifications within 1 year of employment and a CDL (Class B) license.
