NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

 

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 10^th day of November, 2026, at 6:00 PM, in the North Freedom Community Center (105 N. Maple Street, North Freedom, WI 53951) the Village of North Freedom Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing in connection with a zoning variance application by Riverside Community LLC, Nick Ziegler – Member.  The Board will hear the variance request for setback space regarding a mobile home lot and the possible addition of a garage or carport.  Members of the general public and interested persons will be allowed to speak.

A copy of the application and supporting documents in connection with the application may be reviewed by contacting the Village Clerk, whose telephone number is (608) 522-4550, or be reviewed at the Village Hall during normal office hours.
