The S Maple Street Sewer Relocation construction project will be beginning approximately the week of July 13, 2026 and it is the hope that it should be completed by the end of August 2026 with substantial completion by 9/4/26 and final completion by 10/2/26.  The current sewer pipe that is on the County Highway PF bridge will be decommissioned and the utility will now be buried on the West side of the bridge/river.  With the start of the project about a month away, there may be utility crews in the area staking/prepping the project/construction space.  We have been told that this project should have little to no impact on local traffic as the construction will be completed in the easement/construction areas.  We plan to notify affected property owners and the public with more technical project information as it becomes available or as warranted through phone calls, emails, website, and social media postings.

Construction will be completed by Gerke Excavating and their subcontractors.  Project Administration is being handled by the Village and its Engineering Team at MSA.  Should you have any questions or concerns regarding this project, please let us know.
