UPDATE 1/13/2026 - 9:30 AM - Phone service is still being affected. The Office has chatted customer service, again, and they again said to keep calling (while we know some are still affected where they cannot make calls right now and it probably seems "silly"). This lets tech support know and they are able to put affected areas on the map to "escalate" it to their Communications Engineering Team.

You can call 888-944-9400 and ask to speak with Tier 2 Technical Support Team. They can help you put in a ticket. The Office has also sent an email to uscdlmediarelations@uscellular.com. This is the email to the VP of Engineering and Network Operations: michael.dienhart1@t-mobile.com. Unsure where it will go but hoping it gets somewhere.
