Water Main Break: ***UPDATE 1/20/25 - 10:50 AM***Water should be turned back on, but again, not at full power. Your water pressure will be less than normal. If there is sediment in your water (brown water), if you run your water, it should clear out. Again, if you need water, you can come to the Community Center to get some.Thank you.----------------------------------- ***UPDATE 1/20/25 – 9:30 AM*** Water is working on being turned back on this morning and will be available from ONLY 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Water will not be turned on fully so your water pressure will be less than normal but you will have access to water, again, during 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM today and tomorrow, 1/21/2025. Repairs are scheduled for Wednesday morning, 1/22/2025, (hopefully starting around 7:00 AM). Again, residents in that area are able to come to the Community Center to get water. Thank you. ————————————-1/20/2025There was a water main break on S Oak Street and in order to stop the water leak until repairs can be made (as many contractors do not dig in this kind of weather), the main water valves have been shut off in the vicinity of 107 S Oak St & Willow Street. See red line in picture above.This is an on-going repair situation, if you have any questions, please call the Public Works Director, Brad Corrao, at 608-522-4522.If anyone in that vicinity needs water, they are more than welcome to get water from the Community Center. It will be open during the regular office hours today, 1/20/2025 but the office will be closed tomorrow, 1/21/2025.
