The Village of North Freedom currently has a storm sewer that with over time has been exposed and broken off due to high waters and flooding and now is in need of repair to create a natural flowway to the river using fabric and riprap.  This is a separate project from the other FEMA projects going on in the Village.  Please see the below link to the specification packet:
